Domaine Vigne

Cellars

Independent winemakers, grower-producers. Wines classified as IGP Coteaux de l'Ardèche.

The estate is located in the south of Ardèche, in the commune of Lagorce, in the Ibie Valley.
Two hundred years ago, Jean Vigne built a farmhouse by the river and began cultivating vines...
Since then, seven generations have succeeded one another on the estate, passing down their know-how and love of the land.

The vineyard covers 12 hectares of vines drawing their minerals from clay-limestone soils and benefiting from strong sunshine.
Committed to preserving our heritage and environment, our vineyard is certified organic. This means we grow our vines without chemical fertilizers or insecticides; the soil is either worked or naturally grass-covered.

The diversity of soils, strong sunshine, and our work as winemakers allow each wine to fully express this terroir.
Winemaking is carried out in a traditional way. For the red wines made from Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Merlot, we seek to highlight power, complexity, and fruit expression.
White and rosé wines made from Grenache Blanc, Viognier, as well as Syrah and Grenache Noir, are crafted to achieve a balance of mineral freshness, finesse, and fruity notes.

Once fully matured, the wines are bottled at the estate and stored in its old vaulted cellars.
We will be delighted to welcome you to our tasting room to enjoy the coolness of the old stone walls, share our story, and taste our wines.
